Who We Are
Enchanting Apps is a digital marketing, website development, and AI agent development company based in Lehi, Utah.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services or enter into an agreement with Enchanting Apps.
Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly or every two weeks, due at the start of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Either party may cancel services at any time with written notice. Since all work is custom and begins immediately upon engagement, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. You remain responsible for the full service fee for the current billing cycle at the time of cancellation.
Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on your cooperation. Please provide access to necessary accounts and assets (website, ad accounts, etc.), respond to feedback requests promptly, and ensure any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights. Delays caused by a lack of client cooperation are not the responsibility of Enchanting Apps.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment and website completion, all original work for the website created for you becomes your property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any AI agents developed during the course of our engagement remain subject to their own licenses. Enchanting Apps retains all rights to its pre-existing intellectual property, including but not limited to proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and know-how developed independently of this engagement. Only the specific deliverables outlined in your service agreement are transferred to you upon full payment.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve platforms such as Google, Meta, or other marketing and hosting services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by those platforms that impact your campaigns or project.
Limitation of Liability
Enchanting Apps provides all services as-is and makes no guarantees regarding specific results, including but not limited to revenue growth, search rankings, ad performance, or AI agent outcomes. By engaging Enchanting Apps, you agree to hold us harmless from any and all claims, past, present, or future, related to the services provided.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
